The lack of fumigation and poor sanitation practices have made dengue and mosquito issues a serious concern for residents. Despite repeated complaints, the management response remains sluggish and uncoordinated. For anyone planning to buy a house here, please visit multiple times—especially during evening hours or after rainfall—to see the ground reality. The glossy brochures and sample flats do not reflect the current state of upkeep. The infrastructure may be decent, but poor maintenance completely ruins the living experience.
